Overview
IT Café POS System is designed to streamline the customer experience and enhance operational efficiency in cafés. Objective
The objective was to create a POS system that was intuitive for both café staff and owners. From order taking to payment processing and inventory management, the design focused on simplifying every touchpoint, reducing errors, and speeding up transactions while maintaining a high level of control for café managers.
Process
I worked closely with the café staff to understand their workflow and pain points. We iterated on wireframes and mockups to develop a streamlined system that minimizes learning curves while offering advanced features such as inventory tracking and custom reporting. The goal was to design a system that could be used by all staff members, even those with limited tech experience.
